Jownah Labs Terms of Service
These terms apply to all applications published by Jownah Labs.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using an application published by Jownah Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Accounts
Some applications require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our applications: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the services, no unauthorized access to other accounts, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered as subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those purchases are governed by the store's terms in addition to ours. See the Subscription Terms page for details.
Intellectual property
Jownah Labs and its licensors retain all rights to the applications, including software, branding, and content we provide. You retain rights to content you create within an application.
Disclaimers
Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jownah Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our applications. Placeholder — final liability language requires legal review.
Termination
You may stop using an application at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Within
- Within is a self-guided emotional wellness tool. It does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis or emergency services, and it is not a replacement for professional mental health care.
